How to access the Winemaster SP100 Dust Filter

1. Locate the filter on the left-hand side of the outdoor unit.
2. Undo the screw to remove the filter cover.
3. Pull out the filter for cleaning or replacement.

Note: This filter is also compatible with the older red Winemaster SP100 model.

Filter Cleaning and Replacement Reminders

When you purchase the SP100 dust filter from us, you will be automatically enrolled in our filter cleaning and replacement reminder service. All reminders are sent via email. It is strongly recommended to clean the dust filter every three months with a soft vacuum and replace it annually.

Every three months, you’ll receive a reminder to clean the dust filter. Additionally, an annual notification will be sent to prompt you to replace it, accompanied by a preliminary reminder before the replacement anniversary.
