He was responsive and came out yesterday - a Saturday - to fix my fridge - I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the Corner Fridge Company to give me a date and I had to chase them twice. He was extremely helpful, did an excellent job and also replaced my door seal which was looking really manky! Would highly recommend and will be staying with Mickel going forward. Fixing a blown bathroom light - Michel talked me through the job on the phone and advised what sort of light I needed to replace to meet safety standards for bathrooms. He came, identified the problem straight away and fitted the new light all within an hour, so no extra or unexpected charges. New light looks great. Job done. Will use Michel again.
